The Journal of Management and Business Research appreciates all reviewers' participation in academic services, time and effort in assisting the Journal's review process, as well as professional and academic suggestions to authors of submitted manuscripts, so as to maintain this Journal at good academic quality. In gratitude and praise forthe reviewers' contribution, Journal publisher Chinese Management Association and the Journal's editorial committee established the “Best Reviewer Award” in 2016.

This award is given based on each reviewer's review record (review quality, speed, etc.) in the past two years. Two to three top reviewers are selected each year for praise and encouragement based on the editorial committee's deliberations.
