| 放寬進入管制對台灣民航業服務品質之影響 |
| The Impacts of Entry Deregulation on the Quality of Service in the Taiwan Airline Industry |

以飛行班次為民航服務品質指標，藉著「管制均衡模型」的建立與推導，本文發現，放寬進入管制將使民航服務品質提昇，而放寬價格管制對民航服務品質的影響則難以確定。利用台灣地區民航業資料進行實證檢定，本文再度確認，放寬進入管制不僅不會使民航服務品質隨著航空票價下降，反而會透過需求與負載效果提昇其水準。

| Using flight frequency as an indicator of the quality of service in the airline industry, and through the building and comparative static analysis of the model of the regulated equilibrium, this paper fínds that entry deregulation will elevate the quality of the air service while the impact of price deregulation on the air service is hard to determine. Furthermore, from empirical results based on the data of Taiwan's airline industry, this paper reaffirms that entry deregulation raise the industry's quality of service through the demand and load factor effects, while the prices of airplane tickets fall. |
