| 在台外商研發投資與台灣知識流通體系之影響 |
| Overseas R&D in Taiwan and Taiwanese knowledge flow system |

| 在知識經濟新紀元裡，知識的流通與擴散已成為各國產業科技發展中備受關切的課題。另一方面，全球科技分工的形成加速了多國籍企業海外研發投資之成長。此二趨勢衝擊之結果，自然引發吾人對「海外研發」與「知識流通」關聯之研究的興趣。本文從在台外商研發投資行為之分析為出發點，並進一步探討這些外商之研發投資行為對台灣知識流通體系帶來之衝擊。透過問卷調查之研究，本文發現技術學習與台灣市場之策略重要性是在台外商設置較高層次研發單位的主要因素。這類研發組織的設置藉由與台灣之企業與研究機構頻繁的互動，確實有助於台灣之知識流通。本文最後並針對重要結論，分析其政策意涵並提出政策性建議與未來研究之課題。 |

| In the knowledge economy era , the most important issue might be the flowing and diffusion of knowledge . Furthermore , the result of technology globalization , MNEs oversea's R&D explosive fast . Meanwhile , We are interested on the relations between these two trends－oversea's R&D and knowledge flow . This paper want to investigate the R&D behavior of foreign firm in Taiwan and their impacts to Taiwanese knowledge flow system . The major findings from this research includes , the strategy importance of Taiwanese market might be the most reason for the MNEs oversea's R&D in Taiwan . And the foreign R&D investment can facilitate Taiwanese knowledge flow significantly . Finally , we also draw upon some suggestions for the industrial policies and few academic implications for the future research . |
