| 台灣獨具特色的產業網路組織，提供了中小企業彈性、速度、以及風險分攤與資源互賴等具競爭優勢之寶貴資產。過去，此一產業網路之協力效果的發揮，的確造就了台灣中小企業在出口競爭力上傲人的成績。自1980年代以來，台灣產業外移，以及中小企業之國際化，更是與時俱進。在這一波的國際化趨勢中，台灣固有的產業網路組織亦發揮一定程度的影響力。本文即旨在從網路關係結構之個體分析方法，探討產業網路結構對台灣中小企業國際化行為與績效之影響。本研究以台灣中衛體系之電子資訊業廠商為實証研對象，結果發現不同緊密程度的產業網路關係結構確實顯著地影響企業之國際化行為。大致而言，具有結構愈緊密之產業網路關係的企業，其國際化程度愈高、傾向採股權比例較高之國際化方式,以及有較高之國際化績效。 |

| The Taiwanese ideosyncratic industrial network provided the SMEs with the competitive advantages, including elasticity、speed、risk sharing 、and the interdependence of resources. In the past periods, the benefits of the Taiwanese industrial network facilitated the SMEs to expand their foreignal markets. Since the 1980s, the growth of the outword F.D.I. of the SMEs is so fastly. Within the internationalization process, the industrial network should play the most important role. This study want to investigate the effects of the network relationships on SMEs’ internationalization. We adopt the network micro-analytical approach for both the internationalization of the Taiwanese SMEs and its performance. For the empirical research, the electronic & information firms of Taiwan enterprise’s Central Satellite Factory System was studies. The findings of this study are that, the more tight the structural relationships is, the higher degree of the internationalization、the more ownership F.D.I. and the better performance. |
