The dramatic of external environments have forced many hospitals to cooperate with other institutions. Owing to the popularity of inter-organizational in healthcare industry, not only few studies focused on the strategic management of this industry, but also few discussed on the topic of management of inter-hospital cooperation. This research tries to adopt case study method (qualitative method) to explore the management of inter-organizational relationship. Based on the analytical unit of each cooperative relationship, 18 cases were collected and analyzed. According to the results, this research concludes some propositions for the future quantitative study, and some arguments are suggested as for the theoretical and practical aspects.
